Finned tubes provide better heating efficiency

Known as the boiler, it is most of the time we  use, the boiler with finned tube is mainly used for heat transfer, so whether the boiler finned tube fin, the more the better, the answer is no.

When the heat transfer area of finned tube used in our boiler is doubled, the heat transfer coefficient cannot be doubled, but a discount, usually (0.9-- 0.7), and the higher the fin, the greater the discount value, even reduced to (0.5) below. After the appeal, we can know that the higher the fin, the lower the use efficiency will be, so the production cost of finned tube for each boiler is increased, but its use effect is not increased, so it is not cost-effective.
