Therefore, the oxygen content in the heating water is much higher than the standard, which leads to the corrosion of the fin tube. Therefore, how to solve the problem of fin tube corrosion under the condition of oxygen medium is of great significance in China.



According to Murphy experts, the way to solve the oxygen corrosion of fin tube can be considered from the following aspects:
1) the heating system shall be designed to avoid the communication between the system and large oxygen as much as possible, that is to say, the system shall be sealed as much as possible, such as the position where the exhaust cock is placed, the sealing of the circulating pump, etc., and at the same time, low pressure shall be avoided during the operation of the equipment, which also avoids unnecessary water loss.
2) deoxidation treatment must be carried out when adding water.
3) add corrosion inhibitor to heating water.
4) when the heating is stopped, the finned tube shall be filled with dry method or deoxidized water for maintenance.
5) when the finned tube is newly installed for pressure test, the water pressure test medium shall be added with non-toxic antirust agent.
