True energy saving laser welded finned tube
Finned tube is a heat exchange element. In order to improve the heat exchange efficiency, usually on the surface of the heat exchange tube by adding fins, increase the surface area of the heat exchange tube (or internal surface area), so as to achieve the purpose of improving the heat exchange efficiency, such a heat exchange tube.
A manual suit is called a manual suit. It is by means of tools, relying on human power to press the fins into one by one. This method because of the limited pressure of the fin, the interference of the suit is small, the fin is easy to produce loose phenomenon.
The helical finned tube of integral hot-dip galvanizing is adopted, because it is limited by the thickness of galvanizing layer (when the galvanizing layer is thick, the zinc layer is weak in fastness and easy to fall off), in addition, the zinc liquid cannot fully penetrate into the gap, so the combination rate of fin and steel tube is still not high. In addition, the heat transfer coefficient of zinc is smaller than that of steel (about 78% of steel), so the heat transfer capacity is low. Zinc is vulnerable to corrosion in acid, alkali and sulfide, so galvanized spiral finned tubes are not suitable for making air preheater (recovery of waste heat from boiler flue gas).
Murphy base tube thickness can be 0.8-1.5 mm, fin thickness can be 0.3-1 mm, compared to other processes greatly save material costs. High penetration rate, can prevent clearance corrosion, prolong service life, reduce heat transfer resistance.
Murphy broke the material limit and could use different materials for processing. Easy secondary processing, can be directly coil and bend. The small heat affected zone of welding and the small metallographic change make the machining of small diameter finned tube possible.
