Application of plate heat exchanger in the steel industry and metallurgy industry

Plate heat exchangers are made of metal plates (generally 0 5 ~ 1 0mm in thickness) as heat exchange elements, and are made of stainless steel, industrial pure titanium or other materials pressed by bony plates. Generally, the plate is pressed into various groove or corrugated shapes by the mold, which can not only increase the stiffness of the plate, to prevent the deformation of the plate under pressure, but also enhance the turbulence of the fluid and increase the heat transfer area. Each of the four corners of the plate has a hole, the plate around and around the hole pressure sealing gasket groove, and according to the need to place a gasket in the hole around the groove, to allow or prevent the fluid into the channel between the plate surface role. If several plates are arranged on the support in order according to the heat transfer requirements, and the fixed pressing plate and the movable pressing plate are pressed by the pressing screw, a fluid channel is formed between the adjacent plates with the help of the orifice at the four corners of the plate and the gasket.
In the metal industry, oil and water emulsions are invoked as refrigerants and lubricants. Oil and water emulsion can be reused several times, and the recycling process after use is costly, but after a certain period of use, the new material must be replaced.
The goal of wastewater treatment is to share oily substances from the aqueous phase, minimizing contaminants in the water so that they can be discharged into sewage treatment facilities or returned to the plant for reuse; The oil is highly concentrated so that it can be transferred to, say, an incinerator. The thermal sharing process of the evaporator may well accomplish this task.
The coarse solids and free oil in the waste water are separated first, and the waste water is filtered again before flowing to the evaporator. In a set of falling-film preevaporators, the wastewater is concentrated to about 30 percent of the time. This unit is equipped with a spare energy-saving mechanical steam decompressed for heating. In a forced circulation evaporator, the wastewater is highly concentrated. In most cases, the evaporative condensate still contains oil, so additional treatment must be carried out before it is discharged to a sewage treatment facility or reused.
